I thought I'd say thanks and make a donation for the possibility to download the full cd-copy of "Codetalkers". It is much appreciated by me. I hope others follow up on the donations too for this quality work.

After a bit of a struggle in downloading "Codetalkers" from Mike Dickson's website (thanks Steven for your help!), I am completely blown away by this album.
There are *so* many good things going on here. The intensity of Shpongle, beautiful chill-out sections - hints of Tangerine Dream, at times Ozricy, guitar work reminiscent of Jade Warrior, gorgeous melodies, huge orchestral 'tron and synth washes, sections of unstoppable, propulsive groove...
As I listen I can't help but have this silly, blissed out grin on my face. I (we) live for this kind of musical discovery, and plowing through all of the "ordinary" to be rewarded with something like this is worth it all.
Thanks to all the musicians who had a hand in this record - you should be extraordinarily proud.
Thank you.
MM.

I took advantage of this free download 10 days ago, and am glad I did. It's an excellent spacey album with lots of mellotron throughout. Very reminiscent of Tangerine Dream and Hawkwind. It also features the talented Cyndee Lee Rule on viper violin. Don't miss it.

I got to give "Codetalkers" a first audition last night. It takes a long time for things to sink in with me, but I could tell that there was a lot going on, a lot of subtlety and care to make things *just so*. I'm looking forward to having it on again soon, maybe even later tonight!
After poking about a bit, I found out how you hafta go about using a cue file to burn an ISO in Nero that is longer than 74 mins. I had burned ISO's using Nero before (several of them), but that was the first one that required that the cue sheet be used in that manner. Thanks again guys!

I downloaded the MP3s of both albums last night and they are really quite excellent.
A girl at work asked what I was playing so I told her "Progressive Electronica" -- needless to say a somewhat blank look -- but she liked it.
Thanks.

"Codetalkers" sounds great after one listen.
Initial fave tracks are "Spamivore" which seems to be a little different in style/feel and "Red Sun Fading".

by the way, guys - love the new album "codetalkers". very cool.
the way you sneak your grooves in and out of the landscapes is pretty unique, i think. you're wandering through glistening aural fields when suddenly you realize you're shaking your booty!
this one seems to have a little more serious edge to it - subtle humor seeming to be a part of some of the earlier stuff. it seems a bit more contemplative in tone. i like that about it though. what a great collection of tunes.
i did also stream it here at work over Last.FM - which is a pretty nice service. however, i couldn't get it to play the album as a whole, only song by song, alas. i believe there is a way to do it (as a playlist probably) but didn't have time to fiddle with it.
needless to say, this album works best as a whole. your track sequencing is always excellent and meaningful, imho. it loses something in a song by song mode. being album oriented myself, i really appreciate your work in this area. still, it's wonderful to be able to have it out there in the world for folks to hear in whatever form, i suppose, and Last.fm is a plus for that.
good job, guys. i hope you get lots of new listeners from this and that it won't be so long before the next one!
thanks for sharing it with us,
Kimara

Codetalkers is a truly unique album. It's like constantly turning corners and not remembering where you were cause there is something new on at the moment. It most certainly sets an atmosphere and I set its importance in my library of chill, lounge and Ambient music at a high level.
I recommend this for anyone interested in kick butt spacey ambient music. A really solid effort. I don't know how anyone else feels about it, but I eagerly look forward to your next download.
Extremely well done!

Nice job guys! Finally the real deal is here. I've waited for this for a long time, after hearing a few demos at Steven's house in 2006. And that such a terrific record should be available free is quite astonishing. The clock is now started for the next one, which I'm told is to be called "overfulnoisecascade". Don't make us wait so long next time!

Hey guys. Great stuff. Your music is very visual. I've read many of your posts on PE and it seems like you're totally into exploration and doing something really out of the ordinary and extraodinary. I just found out about this guy doing a project called Animusic. Check it out at his site, animusic.com and look at these vid snippets:
